About
We are developing a community for clinicians at different professional stages, from people with extensive experience in the area to those just starting out in their career who are interested in building skills. We aim to create a safe space where ideas, methodologies and learnings can be shared in an engaging way, through regional face to face events, online drop ins and trust visits.
We are looking at developing a new clinically led improvement offer to implement and deliver quality improvement projects in NHS Trusts and systems across the UK. We would like this community to help us shape what this could look like.

Coming together to refresh improvement resources
Date: 30 July 2-3pm
During the initial drop-in sessions of the Medical Care- driving change improvement community, it was highlighted that there is a lack of standardised improvement guides. There is a need for a working group to support in updating RCP's offer for improvement and helping us to shape the Medical Care – driving change improvement guide.
Join us for this online kick off session where together we will set out a plan to bring this work together.
